    INGREDIENTS:

    Lampreys - 2 kg
    Salt - 2 tablespoons
    Sugar - 4 tablespoons
    Black pepper - 10-15 pieces
    Laurel leaf - 2-3 pieces
    Cloves - 10-12 pieces
    Water - 1 l
    Vinegar - 4-5 tablespoons
    Plant oil

    COOKING INSTRUCTION:

    Take a couple of kilos of lamprey and prepare it for frying. The lamprey must not be washed and each fish should be wiped of mucus with a tissue paper while holding by the head.

    To 5-6 lamprey rubbed with a napkin, put them on a hot pan with vegetable oil and fry until golden on both sides. Do not salt, pepper, etc.!!!

    Fry the lamprey and put it into a bowl. Put the rest of the oil in the same place.

    Rinse the pan very carefully after each serving! (2kg - 4 pans). This is very important for the taste and appearance of the dish!

    After the third portion of fried lamprey, put the marinade on. For 1 litre of water - 2 tablespoons (without a hill) of salt, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 10-15 peas of black pepper, 10-12 cloves, 2-3 laurel leaves. Let it gurgle!

    When all the lamprey is fried and transferred to a bowl - add 4-5 tablespoons of vinegar to the marinade, bring to the boil and pour our lamprey with this deliciousness.

    Pour a shot of vodka and snack on a piece of lamprey.
